What is the level of commitment required?
You will need to provide one month's security deposit.
How soon can I move in?
If there's a desk available you can move in immediately, otherwise you can add yourself to our mailing list to receive an email notification when the next desk becomes available.
I have a heap of storage requirements is it suitable for me?
No.
What kind of access to the building do I have?
You can use the centre any time of day, any day of the week. You will be provided with your own unique PIN code for access.
I need to receive clients from time to time, do you have anywhere I can meet them?
We have a breakout area in the kitchen which has a sofa and table with 3 chairs. There's also a Mac which you can use for demos etc. at no additional cost. Do you have a private meeting room?
No.
What's the notice period?
You will need to provide two month's notice period. If we have a replacement available (or you find one for us) you can leave immediately.
How Fast is the Internet Connection?
24Mbit Primary connection, 8Mbit backup connection.
Do you offer a phone service?
We recommend using Vonage VoIP which allows you to use your existing phone and costs £6/month.
What kitchen facilities are available?
The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and fresh cappuccino and espresso maker.
Do you provide call answering/secretarial services?
We recommend using services such as Moneypenny for this.
Do you provide IT Support?
Yes we provide basic IT support to provide access to the internet and shared printer. If you require full IT Support then we recommend IT SOHO, a company based in the same building.
