Hot Desking is suitable for freelancers, writers and small businesses with few storage requirements and no need for formal meeting rooms.
 
How it Works:
You enrol by paying a subsciption for Hotdesking which is £100 for 12 months use. After enrollment, you can simply turn up and use any available hot desk. No hassles, and complete flexibility.
 
Included in price:
• The use of any available hot desk
• Wireless Internet
• Full kitchen facilities
• Microwave, fridge, cappuccino maker
• Informal breakout area for meeting with clients
 
You will be expected to pay £5.00pm towards Mono Printing, Faxing, and Photocopying
 
Optional Extras:
• Locker storage £15.00 pm
• Colour Printing, Network Scanning £15.00 pm
 
Payment Terms:
Payment monthly in advance by Standing Order
 
Notice Period:
1 month
 
Minimum Period:
4 days per month
 
Rate:
£20.00+VAT per day. For example if you needed a desk once a week (four days per month), that would cost, inclusive of printing £85.00+VAT, £99.88 per month all inclusive.
