What are the costs?
Choose the number of days required per month, each day costing £20+VAT. So for an usage of 5 days per month your recurring monthly bill would be £100+VAT per month.
What is the level of commitment required?
1 day per month. £100+VAT booking fee required.
Do you bill by half days?
Billing is for full days only.
Can I purchase additional days throughout the month as necessary?
Yes, if you find you need more days simply let us know!
Do I need to pre-book?
No, simply come and go as you please
How soon can I move in?
Immediately.
I have storage requirements is it suitable for me?
If you have modest requirements you can rent a locker for £15+VAT per month. Locker spaces come in various sizes, 45 x 30 x 30cm and 30 x 30 x 30cm, suitable for most laptops.
Do you provide printing services?
Printing is available from 5+VAT per month.
What kind of access to the building do I have?
24/7 using secure PIN access, no keys required.
I need to receive clients from time to time, do you have anywhere I can meet them?
We have a breakout area in the kitchen which has a sofa and table with 3 chairs. There's also a Mac which you can use for demos etc. at no additional cost.
Do you have a private meeting room?
No, for most meetings the breakout area is suitable, for private one-on-ones you can use one of the many local coffee shops.
What's the notice period?
One billing month. Simply let us know on or before your final billing month. Billing is made on the 1st of each month for the following month.
How Fast is the Internet Connection?
24Mbit Primary connection, 20Mbit backup connection.
Do you offer a phone service?
We recommend using Vonage VoIP which allows you to use your existing phone and costs from £6 per month.
What kitchen facilities are available?
The kitchen has a fridge, microwave and kettle. Tea, Coffee, milk and biscuits are free!
Do you provide call answering/secretarial services?
We recommend using services such as All Day PA for this.
Do you provide IT Support?
Yes we provide basic IT support to provide access to the internet and shared printer. If you require full IT Support then we recommend our IT Support partner, a local company called IT Soho Limited.
How do I join?
Simply click on the Join Online link on the top right of any screen and complete the online form which will provide all the details you need to start using Rentadesk.
