General Questions
Is Rentadesk right for me?
If you like doing your own thing, and also value the company and collaborative opportunities of being surrounded my motivated, talented and inspired people, then you'll love it at Rentadesk.
Do you have a minimum subscription period?
Three months ending at the end of a month.
How much notice do I need to provide?
One calendar month, after the initial 3 month period. The notice must be given before or on the first day of the month, for example, the last day you can provide notice for end March would be March 1st.
How fast is the internet connection?
24Mbps with separate backup connection.
You need to accept our Terms of business which you can read at www.rentadesk.co.uk/join at the bottom of the page. Your service would be on a monthly rolling agreement, so that only one calendar month notice is required after the initial 3 month period.
Is there a facility to upscale/downscale the subscription?
Yes, on a monthly notice you can change your level of subscription.
Are the facilities secure?
We endeavour to provide the best possible security at the premises using a combination of keyed, PIN and security card access.
Each individual is liable for their own property, you should have your own insurance to cover any theft or damages to your property.
How can I come and take look?

Permanent Desking
What is included in the package?
Your own private desk and desk pedestal, broadband wireless, and use of the kitchen (free coffee, tea, milk and snacks). Fair use of printer, copying and scanning facilites.
How quickly can I move in?
Immediately if there's an available desk, otherwise you can add yourself to our waiting list to receive an email notification when the next desk becomes available.
During what hours can I access the building?
You can access the building when a key holder is present (this is normally 8am to 8pm). To access the building 24/7/365 ask for a key so that you can become a key holder. You need to be a member for at least two weeks before you can become a key holder.
What kitchen facilities are available?
The kitchen has tea, coffee, milk and snacks included for free.
Is IT Support Included?
We provide you with a wireless connection and instructions on using the printer, you do the rest.

Do you provide office space?
We predominantly provide up to 3 desk spaces per company as part of an open plan environment, however, from time to time we have temporary offices available.
Do you have any pictures?
Yes we do, take a look at our picture gallery.
Is it fully furnished?
Yes the space is fully furnished, you will have your own desk, desk pedestal and chair with optional additional storage. Breakout areas are fully furnished with sofas, chairs, tables.
Are there any breakout areas?
Yes all buildings have breakout areas with comfy sofas, chairs and tables where you can read, relax or have meetings. They are also supplied with free coffee, tea, milk and snacks.
Hotdesking
What's the main difference between hotdesking and a permanent desk?
With hotdesking you can't leave your stuff on the desk overnight, however optional security lockers are available to store your stuff while you are away.
Meetup
I'm really strapped for cash, what's you cheapest onsite membership?That would be our 'Meetup' membership, this allows the use our communal areas including WiFi and fully stocked kitchen.
Mailing
Do you offer a mailing address?
We offer an affordable Mailing Address service which allows your company safe receipt of letters and packages during normal business hours to our prestigious London address. For a small monthly fee you can utilise your own central London trading address, for use on Business Cards and Letterheads. Please note that your company's registered addresses should be assigned to your home or accountant's address. Our mailing address service applies to your trading address only.
Can you forward mail?
Yes we can forward letters to the UK mainland.
I need postal mail to be opened, scanned and emailed to me on the day of delivery, can you do this?
Yes we can open mail on your instruction and email you the full scan on the same day as we receive the mail.
Phones
Do you offer a phone service?Yes, we can install a VoIP phone system for your use, which you can use with a conventional phone handset
Do you provide telephone answering facilities?
Yes, we can answer your calls using a flexible tariff which suits your budget.
Are there any separate areas to make phone calls?
Yes, there are various spaces (depending on building) where you can have a conversation away from your desk.
