Desk Space FAQ

What is included in the package?
Your own private desk and desk pedestal, broadband wireless, and use of the kitchen (free coffee, tea and milk). We also take care of your mail if you are away for any length of time.

What is the level of commitment required?
Two months refundable deposit, or £100.00 + VAT non-refundable booking fee. one month minimum stay.

How soon can I move in?
If there's a desk available you can move in immediately, otherwise you can add yourself to our mailing list to receive an email notification when the next desk becomes available.

I have a heap of storage requirements is it suitable for me?
Additional locker space is available for £15+VAT per month.

What kind of access to the building do I have?
You can use the centre 24/7. You will be provided with your own unique PIN code for access.

I need to receive clients from time to time, do you have anywhere I can meet them?
Some properties have a breakout area in the kitchen which has a sofa and table with 3 chairs.

Do you have a private meeting room?
No, although we have an open plan breakout area that can be used for meetings.

What's the notice period?
One calendar month per desk, i.e. 2 desks = 2 months, 3 desks = 3 months, and so on.

How Fast is the Internet Connection?

24Mbit Primary connection, 20Mbit Secondary connection.

Do you offer a phone service?
We recommend using Vonage VoIP which allows you to use your existing phone and costs £6/month.

What kitchen facilities are available?
The kitchen has a fridge, kettle, toaster.

Do you provide call answering/secretarial services?
We recommend using services such as All Day PA for this.

Do you provide a Mail Forwarding service?
Yes we do for small pacjages and letterts that can be re-posted via a Royal Mail postbox. This additional service costs £20+VAT per month.

Do you provide IT Support?
Yes we provide basic IT support to provide access to the internet and shared printer. If you require full IT Support then we recommend IT SOHO.
